Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to support our sales team by preparing quotations, managing documentation, maintaining CRM records, and coordinating with clients to ensure smooth sales operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and share quotations with clients as per requirements.
  • Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, and messages.
  • Maintain and update client data in Zoho CRM.
  • Manage sales-related documentation and records.
  • Follow up with prospects and existing clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and service delivery.
  • Track leads and update sales status regularly.
  • Ensure timely communication and customer satisfaction.
  • Support the sales team in achieving targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1+ year experience in Inside Sales / Customer Support preferred.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho CRM preferred).
  • Good communication skills in English & Hindi.
  • Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
  • Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
  • Good organizational and follow-up skills.

Additional Requirements
